Procter & Gamble was slapped with a consumer class action Friday in New York Eastern District Court over its Old Spice and Secret body spray products. The suit, filed by Levin Sedran & Berman and the Sultzer Law Group, contends that the products contain benzene, which has been known to cause leukemia. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-06185, Toporek v. The Procter & Gamble Company.
