Justin A. Levy serves as an Associate of our law firm. He has extensive experience in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, including securities, real estate, employment, bankruptcy, and personal injury litigation matters. Prior to joining our firm, Justin spent nearly six years in the Litigation and Trial Department of Latham & Watkins LLP, where his practice included proceedings in New York and various other jurisdictions around the country and world. Since then, Justin has served as a Senior Associate for a boutique General Practice law firm in New York, where he has continued honing his litigation skills, while expanding his practice into transactional matters, including commercial and residential real estate and corporate formation.

Justin earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Notes & Comments editor on the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.

Mr. Levy was named a "Rising Star" and "Super Lawyer" in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
