Ethan Rubin is an associate at The Sultzer Law Group. Mr. Rubin acquired his litigation skills through court appearances, depositions and motion practice.
Prior to joining The Sultzer Law Group, Mr. Rubin was an associate with two premier mid-size defense litigation law firms where he represented institutional clients in complex tort actions. In these capacities, Mr. Rubin was tasked with case development, fact investigation, legal research, managing discovery, motion support, suit evaluation, conducting depositions and representing clients at court appearances. During law school, Mr. Rubin was a legal intern at a boutique commercial litigation law firm and the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Mr. Rubin earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, where he was published by and Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. He was also published by the American Bar Association Journal of Mediation. Mr. Rubin graduated from SUNY Binghamton University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
